Privacy posture
We collect the minimum information needed to respond to inquiries and keep the site secure.
What we collect
When you submit the contact form we collect your name, work email, organization, role, chosen inquiry type, and message. For abuse prevention we store a one-way salted hash of your IP address — never the raw address — and your browser user-agent string.
What we do not collect
We do not use third-party advertising or tracking, do not set non-essential cookies, and do not load external fonts or trackers. Public forms must not be used to submit protected health information, confidential participant data, credentials, model secrets, or regulated study material.
How we use it
Inquiry details are used solely to route and respond to your request. Aggregate, privacy-preserving analytics may be used to understand site usage without identifying individuals.
Your choices
To request access to, correction of, or deletion of an inquiry you submitted, contact us and reference the email address you used.
